Blended courses
The Education Sector Planning (ESP) Programme is a practice-oriented 11-month programme which trains staff from ministries of education and other concerned institutions in the major techniques for education sector plan and policy preparation.
This blended programme, organized upon the request and funding of national institutions and donors, combines distance training delivered by IIEP with face-to face sessions organized by renowned training institutions in the participating countries.
Participants who successfully complete this programme obtain credits which allow them to complete their training in the framework of the IIEP’s residential Advanced Training Programme (ATP) in educational planning and management (in Paris), leading to a master level certification.
